6. Hosting & Maintenance Services

• Hosting and maintenance plans cover general upkeep only.

• Major changes, redesigns, or additional features may require additional fees.

• We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting Services

• Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification.

• We do not offer legal advice or prepare legal documents.

• We are not responsible for document rejection due to errors outside our control.

• Missed appointments or client unavailability may result in forfeited fees.

8. Intellectual Property

• All original content, designs, templates, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

• Resale, redistribution, or duplication of digital products is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
