Important Enrollment Information:
- Our process requires client commitment to budgeting, paying bills on time, and reducing credit utilization.
- You must maintain an active $19.99/month credit monitoring subscription for access to full credit reports and updates.
- Inactive monitoring may result in service cancellation.
- Monthly billing begins on your subscription date and recurs automatically unless canceled.
- We send reminders 3 days before billing. If unpaid after 3 notices, services may be paused or canceled.
- All updates and communications are handled through your client portal every 30 days.
